With spring around the corner, we wanted to do a pre-kick-off with a beautiful citrus note and we have personally selected yuzu.

What is Yuzu? It is a very fragrant citrus that has been gaining popularity in fragrances and culinary fields alike and is used as a top note in perfume. Although it is not eaten, the juice of the Yuzu is extracted from the zest for flavoring.
